When should I submit payment for my claim(s)?
•Payments MUST be submitted immediately once total is provided during the live shopping session.
What happens if I do not pay for my order once the live shopping session ends?
•If payment is not received for item(s), they will be left at the store. We reserve the right to deny access to shopping services with MissCookie.
When do I submit my order form?
•Order form MUST be submitted once you have finished shopping. It is your responsibility to submit order form, otherwise, your order processing time will be delayed & if not submitted within three (3) days, your claim can be forfeited.
How long does it take for Processing/Shipping?
•Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and to receive a shipping quote.
How will I receive my shipping quote?
•Shipping quotes are sent either by text OR direct message on TikTok.
•Please enable cashapp requests in your cashapp settings so you may seamlessly receive the shipping cost request (if this is how you paid for your item(s).
•If item(s) were paid by Venmo or Apple Pay, your request will be sent to that payment method automatically. Please be sure to check your text messages or Venmo app regularly so there is no delay in the shipment of your goodies.
•Please pay shipping immediately, no later than three (3) days from receipt; unless circumstances prevent you from doing so. Please contact MissCookie to discuss special circumstances.
What happens if I do not complete my order on the site or pay shipping within allotted period?
•You risk losing your claim altogether. This is why it is imperative to communicate if there are extenuating circumstances.
How much is the Finder’s Fee?
•Finder’s Fee (FF) is $15 for VIP (subscribers) or $20 for non-VIP per store. At times, promotions are offered at the sole discretion of MissCookie and can be changed at any time. You can become a VIP and SAVE on your FF by subscribing below. For each additional item, $5 is added to total.
How much is the sales tax?
•Sales tax is 7.8%
What payment methods are accepted?
•Apple Pay - subject to processing fee of 2.9%
•Cashapp - subject to processing fee of 2.9% (*ask for further details)
•Venmo - subject to processing fee of 4.65%
